I don't really know why but yesterday's game cracked me up mucho (this is probably because I still haven't recovered after the Euro), it was so good to see them all (and new faces) again. Now everything is back to normal and DANNY BOY IS BACK! Skinny (I secretly like it) and enthusiastic. 

So, Degen appeared to be pretty impressive. I didn't know he's so sleek (doesn't mean he's not hilarious with this dramatic look and dreamy smile, bwahahaha. Something tells me the boy's an attention whore *suspiciously*)

D&G have been fans of Milan beach soccer team for a long time, here's the photoshoot made for them by Stefano Guindani. Not so kitschy and garish (as it usually is when it comes to D&G), so maybe worth seeing.

LJ is just like a bog, it gets thicker and deeper with every step you make. But it's the best bog in the world, for every weirdo can find a like-minded person in the depths of it, and yes, LJ is connecting people. Not Nokia (vodka does, too).

Yesterday's painful defeat by Oranje surely didn't make my night, as I'm a les Bleus supporter. Raymond said today that he hadn't slept at all (probably was praying and asking gods to let the Dutch win in their next encounter with Romania, because then if we win (I'm loathing it when we play Italy. For obvious reasons) we get to 1/4). What can I say, I'm pretty used to being hurt by my favorite team (this is supposed to be said with great pathos, but unfortunately it's true), so there is something I call 'Henry Syndrome' - when you are too fed up with pain and defeat, you start taking things less seriously.

I'm basically slowly reviving from a writer's block and this ficlet (around 1,160 words) is purely something I wrote for myself. I'm not even sure if there are tags for the boys at footballslash comm. So I'l leave it here.
